My bonus was not credited, what should I do?
If your bonus was not credited at Pin up, first check that you met all the bonus rules.
Do this step by step:
- Check promotion rules:
- Minimum deposit amount reached?
- Used the correct promo code (if required)?
- Deposit made within the promo time?
- Check your account:
- Open “Profile” → “Bonuses” or “Promo” section.
- See if the bonus is in “Active”, “Pending” or “Declined”.
- Take screenshots:
- Payment confirmation.
- Promotion terms page.
- Your casino account balance/bonus section.
- Contact support:
- Use Live Chat or email from the website/app.
- Share your account ID, time of deposit, amount, and screenshots.
Note: Do not cancel or withdraw the deposit until support checks, or the casino bonus may become invalid.
