How can I cancel a withdrawal request on Pin-Up?
You can cancel a pending withdrawal on Pin up, if it is still in “processing” status and not approved yet.
Follow these steps:
- Log in to your Pin-Up account from the website or mobile app.
- Go to “Cashier” or “Wallet” section.
- Open the “Withdrawal history” or “Transactions” tab.
- Find the withdrawal marked as Pending / In process.
- If cancellation is possible, you will see a “Cancel” or “Reject” button – click it and confirm.
After cancellation, the money usually goes back to your main balance, and you can use it again for casino games or place bets.
Note: If the withdrawal already shows Approved or Completed, support normally cannot cancel it. In that case, contact Pin-Up support via live chat for clarification.
