How do I delete my Pin-Up account?
To delete your Pin-Up account, you usually need to contact support and ask them to close it for you. There is often no instant “Delete account” button in the profile.
Follow these steps:
- Log in to your Pin up, account from browser or app.
- Go to “Support” / “Help” / “Live Chat” or find the support email in the footer.
- Write a short message: that you want to permanently delete/close your account and stop using the casino.
- Provide your login, email, phone and any other details they request to confirm your identity.
- Wait for confirmation by email or message that your account is closed.
Tip: Before asking for deletion, withdraw your remaining balance and cancel active bonuses or bets, because after account closure you may not be able to access funds or history.
