I forgot my password. How do I recover access?

If you forgot the password for your Pin up account, you can reset it in a few minutes:

1. Go to the Pin up website or open the app and click “Login”.
2. Under the login form, click “Forgot password?” or similar link.
3. Enter your registered email or phone number used for your casino account.
4. Confirm and wait for the SMS code or email link.
5. Open the message, follow the link or enter the code on the site.
6. Set a new strong password, then save.

After that, log in again with your new password.

Tip for users in Bangladesh: If you don’t see the email, check Spam/Junk folder. If SMS is delayed, wait a few minutes and make sure your phone has network coverage before requesting a new code.
