Go to the official Pin up website or open the app.
Click “Login” and then select “Forgot password?” under the form.
Choose recovery by email or phone number (the one linked to your account).
Enter your email/phone correctly and confirm.
Check your inbox or SMS for the reset link or code.
Open the link or enter the code, then create a new strong password and save.

After this, log in with your new password and you can access your casino account again.
