How to withdraw bonus funds?

To withdraw bonus funds from Pin up, you must first convert them into real balance by meeting the wagering rules.

Follow these steps:

1. Check bonus rules: Open “Bonuses” or “Promotions” in your Pin-Up account and see wagering requirements (for example, x20 on slots in the casino, or x5 on sports bets).
2. Play or bet with bonus: Use the bonus money only on allowed games or bets and follow the minimum odds or game list.
3. Complete wagering: Once the required turnover is reached, the bonus will move to your main balance.
4. Request withdrawal:
   • Go to “Cashier” or “Withdrawal”.
   • Choose a payment method available in Bangladesh.
   • Enter amount and confirm.

Note: You must verify your account (KYC) and cannot withdraw if bonus rules are not fully met.
